Beauty: Favourites #13

It's been a while since I did a favourites post. To be honest it's partly because I've not been blogging properly, and another part that my favourite products haven't really changed much. I always tend to use the same products as I know that they're good and work for me. But since being out of the blogging loop, I've realised that I have started to accumulate a stash of products that weren't getting used a lot, so I decided to use what I had, and found some old/new favourites.

I'm not sure if I've mentioned any of these products on here before, but if I've not then this post is perfect.
I always forget to use a primer as I just put make up on top of moisturiser, but I found this Becca primer in the back of the drawer and decided to use it again. I briefly remember thinking it was good last time I used it, and I can see why. It's got a lovely texture - sort of milky? It's like a thin cream but water based and very moisturising. I used it as a moisturiser replacement as well as its intended purpose of being a primer. I actually wore this on a night out and my make up stayed put - so thats a big thumbs up from me.

This Bourjois concealer is another one that I forgot I had. I feel like it's a great double agent product like the Becca primer as I use this to lightly highlight as well as conceal under my eyes. It's great for covering redness, blemishes, everything! It's quite thick in consistency but is really long lasting. I'd put this up there with Benefits Boiing.

I've been using this Real Techniques Detailer brush to put the concealer around my eyebrows. This is something I had never done before, but I've found that it makes a huge difference to the outcome of your brows. It really makes them stand out, and also hides those little hairs that spring up in-between brow appointments.

I'm pretty positive that I've talked about the Soap and Glory eyeliner before. This is the pencil eyeliner which I use on my top waterline. It's jet black and makes your eyelashes seem fuller. When I was younger I wore a lot of fake eyelashes and curled my lashes until they were falling out, so now I have gaps in my lashes which just won't grow back. Using a pencil eyeliner like this S&G one really helps to cover that up.

And finally, another product that I'm sure I've talked about before is this Maybelline Dream bronze BB cream. This has been so nice to use with some foundation that's a shade lighter, as it adds a nice glow to it and makes me look sun kissed. Perfect for this nice weather we've been having!
