I am ready for summer to be over, and autumn to begin:
Hat: Camden Market
Autumn is my favourite season. The return of the Pumpkin Spiced Latte, cozy jumpers, boots, candles, being able to wear darker colours, hats, scarves, tartan, dark lipsticks and nail varnish, smokey eyes and leather jackets.
Don't get me wrong, I do like summer, with the sun shining (making blog photos easier), holidays and iced coffee, sometimes it all gets a bit too much. There's bugs and spiders, hay fever, sunburn and not being able to binge watch netflix because "its too nice a day to waste".
My absolute favourite thing about autumn is the return of knits: jumpers, cardigans, dresses, leggings. They're just so comfy to wear, and really easy to style.
I'm wearing the Emma Sleeveless Side Split Tunic Jumper by Boohoo which I think is great for autumn. The material is lightweight, yet warm enough to wear on it's own, and works great with some jeans and boots. I love how it's shorter at the front, and longer at the back. I'm 5'1"ish and this comes just past my knees at the back, and before my knees at the front.
I've combined this with some thick, woolly leggings from Primark, a hat that I picked up at Camden Market, and my trusty Vegabonds.
