Beauty: Current Make Up Bag #2

A look at my updated make up bag:

For days when I wear a full face of make up, this is what's been used. With the warmer weather we've had recently I haven't been wearing a lot, but for the nights and weekends I've had to have coverage for work or events.

The Body Shop's Wonderblur is similar to Benefit Porefessional in texture and in results. I've spoken about it *here* (it's cheaper too!).The Nars Sheer Glow foundation is like heaven in a bottle. It's so lightweight yet covers imperfections easily. I use Benefit Boiing to go over any strong redness or to cover up dark circles, but I've been able to go out with just the foundation on.
To keep shine at bay there's nothing better than byTerry Hydra powder which I've spoken about a lot in the past. It's the perfect powder at reducing shine and keeping your make up put. It's a little pricey but so worth the money in my eyes.
As usual I've been using my Sleek contour kit which seems to be the only contour powder that I use despite having quite a few - I always seem to go back to this one.
For quick brows I use Benefit Gimme brow which is a brow mascara with tiny fibres in the formula which stick to your eyebrows making them look fuller yet still natural. I finish up with Clinique High Impact Extreme Volume mascara for deep black lashes.

What have you been using lately?

  1. Nars Sheer Glow has been a staple of mine recently, too. I did a blog post about how long it lasts throughout the day and, compared to others, it definitely seems to win out quite well. I keep going back to my Sleek Contour kit, too, though I haven't got the same one as you. It just seems to work the best with my skin. Great post, I like to be nosey with these. xD
