Tutorial: Dark Smokey Eye

A dark smokey eye look:

Products used: MAC Paint Pot in Rubenesque as a base, Sleek Storm palette (used the matte colours only), MAC single in Club, MAC Glitter in Blackened Red, Stila Liquid liner in Black, Benefit Bad Gal eyeliner pencil, L'Oreál Miss Manga mascara

This may not be a look for spring/summer time but I've recently been loving eyeshadow and playing around with them to try and make day time eyeshadows work. I played around with a dark smokey look as it's the type of look that I would wear every day if I had time to apply it every morning.

I've rediscovered my love for MAC Paint Pots and whipped out Rubenesque. Its a beautiful gold shadow of cream consistency that works wonders as an eyeshadow base.
As always my favourite eyeliner is the Stila waterproof eyeliner which I need to repurchase soon as this one is on its last legs.

What do you think of this look? Do you like a dark eye?
