Event: Fragrance Direct Christmas Party

The Fragrance Direct Christmas Party:

*This post is quite picture heavy compared to my normal posts* On Wednesday 12th November I met up with Amy for the Fragrance Direct Christmas Party at All Star Lanes Bowling in Deansgate, Manchester.

We were greeted with cute crackers filled with beauty prizes

And it wouldn't be a blogger party without cupcakes - beauty themed ones too!

There was a chance to get your nails done too. There were lots of Christmas-y colours including a gorgeous gold glitter one.

There was also a make up artist who was giving everyone the opportunity to get the perfect Christmas look.

My drink was the Roller Girl cocktail. It was very sweet with a slight bubble gum taste to it - delicious!

the brow palette that was used on me: Glo Minerals

There was also some bowling, with teams being set up to compete against each other. It was all very fun!

The evening was a chance to let my hair down and enjoy myself. With cocktails, bowling, make up artist, nail technians, food, cupcakes, crackers and goodie bags, as well as a chance to see some products up close (which gave me some great ideas for Christmas presents) what else would a girl want?
The Fragrance Direct Christmas Party marked the beginning of the festivities for me (I still haven't seen a Christmas advert on TV yet) so it was fun to get into the Christmas spirit. A private room was booked in All Star Lanes, Deansgate, which gave us the opportunity to see and sample perfumes and make up, as well as giving us the change to show off our bowling skills.
A table was laid out in the middle of the room showcasing different scents available to buy online. After trying out the range I've decided that YSL Black Opium is now on my wish list. Its a sweet scent, yet with a hint of spicy rebellion. It's oddly nice and is one of those scents that you have to smell rather than describe.

Fragrance Direct sell perfumes, aftershaves, cosmetics, skincare and hair care products, so there's something for everyone. Some of the brands they sell include Hugo boss, YSL, Paco Rabanne, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Bobbi Brown, Bourjois, Benefit, Estee Lauder, Urban Decay and recently they've started stocking MAC too!

I'd like to say a big thank you to Fragrance Direct for inviting me to such a wonderful event.

Have you shopped at Fragrance Direct before?
