Beauty: Clinique BB Cream Review

Review of Clinique BB Cream:

When your skin is having a bit of a rough day and you don't want something that's too heavy on your face, then the Clinique BB Cream is the one.

Whenever the seasons change, my skin becomes a little dull and I develop a few spots. When my face is like this I tend to stick to lighter skin bases until my skincare products take effect.
One base I've been loving recently is the Clinique BB Cream which retails at £27 from Boots.

It claims to be a medium to full coverage cream, but I'd say it was more to the medium side of it. It controls shine and oil but leaves a slight dewy finish (without it looking sticky or wearing off easily). It also protects against UV and environmental damage which is why I like using it in between seasons. It calms the skin and reduces redness and fine lines, and leaves your face looking radiant.

I'd say it was similar to Dr Jarts BB Cream but with a nicer finish to it. It lasts all day, and if you're having a particularly good skin day then you can get away without concealer too as this will do a good enough job of covering up dark circles and redness.

I have tried other BB Creams, and although nothing can beat my love for Bobbi Brown BB Cream, this does come at a clot second. Its an all round great product and successfully sees to my problem areas.

Have you used this before? What's your favourite BB Cream? Are you even a BB Cream lover?

  2. I have to start off by saying that I'm just in love with your hair cut, it really suits you. I like the sound of this CC Cream, I haven't actually given CC creams a thorough testing but if there's any good ones then Clinique will definitely have a hand in them. xx
