My take on the smokey eye look:
MAC Pigment in Naked*
Stila single shadow in Nanda Devi*
Real Techniques Shading Brush
Nanshy Large Shader*
Urban Decay Naked 2
Maybelline Big Eyes Mascara
Daniel Sandler Eyeliner in Grey Velvet
As someone who writes about beauty I don't seem to post many make up looks. I guess I'm sort of shy about what I do as I always think that I'm doing something wrong and the beauty geniuses will think I'm a weirdo.
I haven't done a make up course and I've never studied beauty. Everything I do is from years of experimenting and it does the job for me.
I started by covering my lid with MAC Club, using the Nanshy Large Shader. This brush is huge on my eyelids so it's great for covering the area quickly.
Then I used the UD Naked 2 brush to blend the Stila Nanda Devi into the crease, then used the Real Techniques Shading brush to blend Naked into the inner corners.
I finished the look off with Daniel Sandler eyeliner in Grey Velvet and Maybelline Big Eyes mascara.
I kind of like this look as it's a simple smokey eye that I think can be worn on a day to day basis. I don't wear a lot of eyeshadow, and when I do I'll go for this look rather than something much more bold. I guess that's just my style.

I'm just going to be honest here and say that all of the eyeshadows used in this look were gifted to me by companies or friends. Like I said, I'm not a huge eyeshadow wearer so I don't really buy eyeshadows. Views expressed are still my own.
