Today's face, including a before and after picture:
(sorry for the lipstick being out of focus)
(before and after - no photoshop!)
Sorry for the horrid face of me in the before picture. I just wanted to show you how much make up changes my face. I don't have the best of skin, and I hate my freckles so I usually wear a foundation if I'm busy all day (like today).
After my skin care routine, I applied Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation (which is a new product for me - review coming soon) using the Real Techniques Buffing Brush. I love using the Buffing Brush for liquid foundations as I feel that it really blends the foundation in.
Then I used the Real Techniques Contour Brush to apply my Becca Concealer under my eyes and around my nose and chin. I know that it's not meant to be used for this, but the small brush head means that it's perfect for me to use under my eyes. I wrote a review on the concealer here.
I then used the Real Techniques Blush Brush (not pictured) to apply my favourite Daniel Sandler Contour Kit. I've written a few posts on it, just check out my Directory here.
To sett all that in place I used the byTerry Hydra Powder which is a dream. Its an extremely finely milled translucent powder which keeps oil at bay and makes my face stay matte and fresh. It's a little pricey, but totally worth it.
I'm doing a proper post on what I've been using for my brows, but basically the products are the Real Techniques Lash-Brow Groomer, HD Brows palette*, bellápierre Eyeliner/Brow Brush* and the Benefit Gimme Brow.
On my eyelashes I'm wearing the Benefit Bad Gal Lash mascara* and Stila Stay All Day eyeliner in Brown, and I finished off the look with MAC Naked Bud lipstick.
What are you currently using on your face?
