Wow the second month of the year is over already. How quick did that go?!
This month I've been using a lot of beauty products, but these are the ones that stood out to me the most:
Bumble and Bumble Thickening Hairspray | £20.50 buy here
This particular bottle came free with an Elle magazine, and I've loved it that much that I've gone out and bought the full size. It is like most other hairsprays as in that it hold hair styles in place, but I love using it when I have curls as I think that it adds extra texture and makes the curls look more natural, yet still defined.
Redken Extreme Anti-Snap | £15.20 buy here
I've briefly spoken about this here. I LOVE this stuff, and once I've paid off a few things, I'm definitely going to buy the full version of this. My hair has become so much stronger after using this and I can fully understand why this has had so many good reviews.
L'Oréal Mega Volume Miss Manga | £8.99 buy here
This is another product that I've previously reviewed (here). I love the shape of the wand the most as it makes getting those pesky small eyelashes so much easier.
The advert made out that the eyelashes were really clumpy, but I don't think that this is the case. I've seen mixed reviews of this since I put up my own review. Some people love it and some people hate it. Kind of like marmite. Personally I love it as I think that it makes such a difference to my lashes.
MAC Paintpot in 'Rubenesque', MAC 'Club' and Real Techniques Shading Brush | £15, £12.50, £7.99, buy here, here and here
I have been loving this whole combination recently as I think that it creates such a subtle, wearable daytime look.
I put the 'Rubenesque' all over the lid, and using the RT Shading brush I apply 'Club' to my crease.
It's quick, simple and makes my eyes stand out a little more. Its a great daytime look, or for nighttime I add some eyeliner too for a little extra definition.
What have you been loving this month?
