On thursday I header over to the GAP store in Manchester to work with some other lovely bloggers to style some pieces for GAPs back to blue campaign (going back to their roots, blue jeans, denim etc).
It was a great experience and I loved keying pieces together to make different outfits.
I'll admit, it's been a while since I've worn some GAP pieces, but being in the store last thursday brought my attention to some really nice items they have in at the moment. For example they have some really nice parka coats in at the moment, as well as some gorgeous boots that I really wanted to take home with me. If you're near a GAP store any time soon, I'd advise popping in.
Our challenge was to create two outfits using denims and blues, as well as adding a pop of colour.
I decided to do a boys outfit and a womans outfit.
I have never had so much fun than I did dressing a mannequin the size of a two year old - it's much harder than dressing my three year old let me tell you that!
I loved picking and choosing the clothes for my model boy - GAP have a great range of childrens stuff which I've always bought for my little one. I especially loved the jumper and the little green monster lunch bag (I think i'll have to purchase both). Fran styled a little girl to go with my boy - don't they look cute together ;)
